Why would Trump need to fire so many people?

Are people not being properly vetted or are they not kissing his ass, enough?

Trump grew up as a rich spoilt brat, who expected to get his own way all the time, in his former adult life he continued that trend by owning his own businesses, however now he has to deal with the real world where things do not happen how a person wishes it will happen, thus his way of dealing with that reality is by firing the person who he thinks cannot make his wants happen, thus many firings result.

In answer to your title --- they are a set that that finds it difficult to evolve, to progress and accept change. Animals evolve to survive in their surroundings, birds evolve by growing shorter wings that make them more agile and avoid road kills…..human adopt to function and survive in changing environments, demographics, social ---- trump’s ilk refuses to evolve to fit with changes --- they want to stay and live in their ancestor’s world, which can only mean one thing – they too will eventually go the way of the dinosaur. Evolution is a very slow process, it’s like a chisel-stroke to create a stature – it takes a myriad of such chisel-strokes, Each chisel–stroke-stroke encounter resistance but each significant in getting to the finish product. So we end up with evolved and evolving
