when Biden wins and the Dems take the House and Senate.
Would Republicans tolerate an Electoral College if it gave the DEms the Presidency while losing the popular vote 3 of the last 6 times?
Second Priority: Increase the number of Supreme Court judges to 11.

A top priority within the first few months of the new administration should be to get Justice Ruth Ginsburg to retire, enough is enough, second, modify how the Electoral College is counted, no more winner take all, if a candidate win a state by less than 5% points the loser should get some percentage of the count to the Electoral College, that way it would make it more likely that the countrywide popular winner would be the Election winner.

Getting rid of electoral college would require a constitutional amendment. Not happening. A better bet would be getting rid of gerrymandering which not require a constitutional amendment. Gerrymandering, like the electoral college, allowed the Republicans to control the House of Representatives (prior to 201 and State Houses even when they did not win a majority of the votes cast.

The way to get rid of gerrymandering is to win the State Legislatures. The problems Democrats have is our voters only show up for Gubernatorial,Senate and Presidential elections. We have to show up for these elections as well.In order to accomplish that we have to make voting easy and less onerous.Winning Secretary of State elections have been shown to be most important. If you did not recognize that fact then the Georgia election for Governor in 2018 demonstrated that as vividly as one can imagine. The REFEREE for the election of Governor was the Republican candidate for Governor.Guess who won???

They only show up for Presidential elections, local down ballot elections are options in every election cycle.
