So Trump not leaving Peacefully

If he loses

So, pandemic wave 2, protests, and a "rigged election " and then DJT refuses to leave.

Chaos beckons.

Is this a setup to hijack the country?

This country is not set to be ran by a dictator, for Trump to do that, he would have to get rid of the other branches.

A lot of uncommon things have happened in the last 4 years, so what about the President trying another uncommon thing? Everyone should start preparing for political turbulence in the next few months, as the Republican Party seem to be enablers to Trump

Dictators usually have the military squarely in their corner without a Constitution, as vulnerable as this document is with all its loopholes.

Trump does not have that luxury.

In the end he would have to concede.

I wonder why he would be so reluctant to cede power.
Is it because he craves more power or is it because he is afraid of the imminent threats facing him once he gives it up?

I find it hard to believe that the Pentagon and the Military commanders would back that type of behavior.
If it happens, then we are well on the way to an autocracy.
So far Trump's antics have only been enabled by the jokers in the Senate. If he were to lose that support there are a lot of things he would have to reconsider even if he were to win another term.

Which other President has behaved like this with impunity?

Makes me wonder if a larger certain segment of the population want it this way. Even quietly.
