I am thinking the following players will perform creditably on the New Zealand tour.
T20s
Kieron Pollard
Nicholas Pooran
Sheldon Cotterell
Fabian Allen
Tests
Jason Holder
Darren Bravo
Kemar Roach
Roston Chase

Since they claim that you are sensible, I will try to bookmark and remember this post.
A good question will be, baring bad weather will any Test last for 5 days?

What ever become of Miguel Cummins???
In reply to imusic
Chase and Holder
In reply to StumpCam
He is playing county cricket in England.

T20 Pollard: Pooran, King will get back some form, Fletcher, Keemo Paul, Hetmyer, Hayden Walsh
Test:Jason Holder, Blackwood, Dowrich, Chemar Holder will break out on this tour, Rakeem Cornwall.

There are 2 tests. Which bowler will get injured for Chemar Holder to get a game?
In reply to imusic
Gabriel might in the warm up games
In reply to methodic
So your prediction is that Gabriel will get injured in the warm up games, Chemar Holder will replace him, and go on to do well in the test series.
In reply to imusic
that's not my prediction. My prediction is Chemar will bowl his way into the team and be impressive.
In reply to methodic
Bowl his way into the team ahead of Gabriel?
In reply to openning
Only 4 of the T20 squad and 7 of the Test squad return.
Pooran, Pollard and Allen are good additions.
The test team bowling also improved by dropping Cummings
As long as vor and chrissy are away from an internet connection ...wi should do reasonably well..pooran and chase should do fine
People are overlooking Brooks, he was the second highest run scorer in England, but the tour could be a difficult one for the WI batsmen, however I think J Holder and Joseph should have a good series as they are tall and will be able to exploit the bouncy pitches.
In reply to imusic
Good call.
In reply to dayne
I like what I saw of Brooks.
In reply to DIEHARD
When last Allen played any cricket??
Pollard, Cotterel
And Chase in the old format
In reply to imusic
John Campbell.
Great to see two first class games as warmups.
In reply to WIForever
Pooran can play both, therefore qualifying to play tests.
In reply to natty_forever
Hopefully he does better than your Ramdin predictions
In reply to imusic
Agree.. following players can also impact the outcome.....
Gabriel
Campbell
Blackwood....in test
Can win test series provided team management don't mess up....as in England..
Williams
Thomas
Powell
Hayden....in T-20
In reply to imusic none of them and they will not win a match
In reply to imusic
Those predictions were derailed because of short-sighted men. If he was given the captaincy when I said we would not be seeing Holder as captain today.
In reply to Onionman0
Powell?
In reply to imusic
The bus driver.
Brathwaite was the only batsman who did well last series in NZ averaging 50
Roach was the only bowler who did well last series averaging 28.50
Angel and Joseph
In reply to natty_forever
Rovman .....in T-20
In reply to imusic
maybe Roach, I don't haw much more Roach have in the tank
In reply to Onionman0
Powell and cricket do not match.
In reply to natty_forever
Differ.....May be not great but cricketers with some ability..... Ricardo....single handedly won Singapore ODI tournament...96 batting strike rate for 2000 runs in pre T20 age.... unfortunately selectors in their wisdom invested more on Dwayne Smith... Ricardo faded away.... Kieran....two centuries in single test...one of the youngest I i7 to do so....lacked professionalism as most regional players do....Rovman do have that X-factor to succeed in the whit ball game....
