We can't do our jobs in our work clothes and that is that.
German beach volleyball stars Karla Borger and Julia Sude are refusing to participate in a beach volleyball tournament in Qatar next month over the tournaments policy that restricts competitors from wearing bikinis.
It is not about wearing little, its about not being able to do our job in our work clothes," Sude told Sports and Business Mag. "We dont want to go along with that.
This is really the only country and the only tournament where a government tells us how to do our job we are criticizing that, Borger told radio station Deutschlandfunk on Sunday.

You know who set these rules - Men.
If we want a better world, women must be put in charge for a change.

These women should be applauded for their stance.....but would they have taken such a position if they were not already qualified for the olympics???

What is the real reason these athletes wear these pieces of cloth for the sport?
Can the sport not be played at all with more clothing?
Who is being forced here?

When you want to 'free up' your mens area, do you wear tighties, or boxer shorts?
How is it that the men, whose parts are needing support, can play in shorts?
