He seems to lack strength and his final body position appears to be overly leaning like a pace bowler. He needs to work on this...remaining a lot more upright. Allow the ball to be delivered from a greater height.

I am willing to overlook the other shortcomings for the moment.

I do not know about strength but I agree that his action is not as upright as a Lance Gibbs or even a Roger Harper.He is not as tall as those two guys but they maximized their height to ensure their release was so high that bounce came into the equation as well as flight where the ball was coming from above eye level.

You are on the ball. My concern is, why haven't these things not picked up in the formative years.

Sinclair is young and this can be corrected quite easily. But he has to work on this problem.
