Elvis Presley etc...why people at the peak of their success turn to drugs???..just dont get it.

Prince had an opioid problem to deal with a chronic hip problem. And he was given bad medication. I don't think his case could be compared with the others. He was taking an over the counter pill which was in actuality a counterfiet. And the media, being the bottom feeders they are constructed an entire narrative around one toxicology report. A friend of mines went to Miniapolis on vacation and saw him walking with a cane, going into a record shop and limping.

The pressure to perform at your best. You need something pick you up when you are down.

I have the utmost respect for entertainers, motivational speakers etc. Mentally it is tough.

You don't see poor folks overdoing the ganja and white rum?

Pressure affects everybody, rich or poor. Have you worked on Wall Street?

They should emulate those Evangelists/preachers in these mega-churches who're totally reliant on prayers.

Michael Jackson got hooked on painkillers after that accident during the Pepsi Commercial that burnt his scalp horribly (the Jheri curl didn't help) In that case he was no different from Prince.
