choose any Bajan Pepper Sauce and it probably tops..I have not tasted any better than the ones made in Barbados..
Country Boy is the best one I can recall..

The best pepper sauce I have ever had is made in my own house!!!!!
I make my own ..with Moruga Scorpion pepper.

..anytime I visit Bim there are quite a number of folks that I absolutely have to pick up a bottle of pepper sauce for, and one of them is a Trini which says a lot!
it depends on what you are looking for though.. Bajan pepper sauce is not hot, hot just for be ing hot sake..it's very flavorful which is what I like.. I put it in my tuna to make incredible subs, on my home made burgers, stews, etc..

Amazon doesn't sell Country Boy but see it here..
Again they are not just hot but a good blend of spice and flavor..if you want hot hot hot pepper sauce you can look to TnT as they grow some of the hottest peppers in the world..
