We in St Lucia are slighted and Johnson was not even in the mix going into WC preparations. The Bajans will understand this more than most.

Fletcher is much better than what we have seen from him recently. He started out well against the South Africans. Then he was left out for no reason on his home ground. Was this a calculated move to disrupt his performance? Trust me, I saw a bantering clip between him and the skipper on national TV. The confidence of some players could be messed up by those in authority who do not want them to be on the team. What a shame.

The WI bowlers only know short of a length and short. No yorkers from these big strong men.
That is the difference. Our spinners bowled too short like the ball sticking in their hands . WI need another specialist spinner on the X1 because this fast bowling experiment is taking us nowhere.
