Hmmm. I guess things didn't go as planned. She fell apart a bit mid-race but yeah, she's gotta get it together cuz everything is on the line right now.

from a strategy standpoint i would go Briannia to Shelly to Sherika to Elaine. Shelly killed the backstretch at the last WC.

From a "u know who me is" standpoint, if the team management want Shelly to anchor that relay, steve francis pulling Elaine and Sherika.

what running order would u use?

Get the baton around, Sherika just like DQ 84 is the best on the turn but the back straight is the longest and Elaine has the best top end speed. Since Shelly has the fastest start let her hand over to over to the rookie ahead, show the rookie we have confidence in her to handle the straight like Frater. Sherika will do what Blake did to Gaye.

Elaine should run the turn and Shelly the last leg!

if Elaine runs that relay, she is anchoring. i see no other scenario feasible.

None! And why not let the fastest starter start? There are ways to shorten the 2nd leg runner's distance. Just practice that strategy during hand-off practice
