Huh? Mi look him up because Jacobs is a Grenadian name but his daddy is American from Texas and was clearly in di army.
His mother is Italian so weh di Bajan come from?

Culpepper Island is a tiny rock in the Atlantic Ocean close to Bayfield and Ragged Point in Saint Philip, Barbados. The island is uninhabited.

Likely Army pikney, memba even if he was born on a US base in Italy he'd be born in the US like John McCain. Families move from base to base so possibly born on Murcan soil but the can't speak English means never lived here long
