HANNIBAL..WAS HE BLACK ?

We continue our discussion about black history in the ancient world. We discussed the possibility that the pharaohs were black.Roman emperor Septimus Severus was black.Another interesting fellow was a chap called Hannibal whom historians in ancient history described as a great military strategist. He came from a place called Carthage 247-181 BC.He had a number of stunning military campaigns against the Romans. Now Carthage was a nation state in North Africa.Dark skinned people at that time. The more we discover in the ancient world we see black accomplishments when white Europeans (except the Romans) were running around in caves grunting.Bless em.And we havent even talked about other civilisations in ancient Africa yet!

The travesty of it all they had Anthony Hopkins play him rather than say, Denzil or Samuel L.

It's rotten to the core, smh.

Even Jesus Christ wasnt left alone.Go into some Catholic churches you see a white man with northern European features and long blonde hair.Bible says he had hair like wool.Common sense alone would tell you he did not look like a white blonde European man.He would have looked like a typical Jew in 1st century AD Palistine...brown skin dark hair. The image of Christ now planted in our minds is false.
big grin
