Is the Cuban style 'refried' i.e. fry him, squash him n fry him again?

I've been buying these mini sweet peppers at Walmart to put in my salad, boy, those things are delicious.

Peel green plantain - cut in one inch pieces. Heat frying pan then turn stove down to medium- Fry on both sides in virgin coconut oil (my choice). Remove from pan and press with spatula. Fry again until the outsides are crisp.
Truly delish!

Depends on what you like and what you're serving it with - I went to a dinner and my friends served a slice of the ripe one with coconut ice-cream for dessert - was different and delish!

How big is the yellowtail snapper? I googled and saw a big whole fish on a plate and I thought that seems like a lot to consume for one person. Then again, I have eaten a whole Tilapia and still have room for fruits.

Yeah, they pick to travel not sure why they are so many not so good ones. May be store owners selling older ones.

During the hard times of 1981 to 1985, breadfruit save alot of people from going hungry.....something I will never forget.
