I had a friend - a chartered accountant at UWI - hers started at 59 - she had to retire. She was genetically predisposed to that horrific illness.

My dad's youngest sister didn't have it until she was way into her 90s but her big sister started showing signs in her 80s..

My good friend in London started with it at age 62 and died at age 70.She was like a big sister to me.It was devastating.
