In reply to Halliwell At least they will put the handcuffs on and put him in a holding cell then put them back on when court convenes and lead him in with them on ---- what happens after, I have no idea….. he will probably blame his experience on the deep state and invoke his fifth amendments. Then they may give him immunity and force him to talk. If he balks they put him in jail until Trump is president again and pardon him.

The committee should have used congress's inherent powers to immediately lock him up in the basement of the Capitol and see how mana Maga Morons would storm the Capitol to set him free. There he would remain until he is ready to testify. That could be 7 minutes, 7 days, 7 months or a year.... or whenever he is ready to testify. By going the indictment route his testimony is already lost to the 1/6 Committee.
