Tinkered with it while setting up a new PC for a friend. It has some issues. For example, the settings app disappears when clicked . Googled a solution and found that this is a common issue experienced by some users. The solution was to reset the app.
Btw I have 3 laptops- my work laptop runs Windows 7 Pro. My 2 home machines run Windows 10 Home and Pro respectively. I have no plans to upgrade each of them just yet.

No, but did put hurricane shutters in for first time this year. No issues so far.
