indeed. that is a nonsense post. the man has not linked Jimmy's role to the failure of the team.

does Jimmy have any direct role with the team?

does Jimmy influence team selection?

is Jimmy responsible for the selection of the coaching staff?

until we can answer these questions we cannot seek to infer that Jimmy is responsible for these failures

Your buddy Jimmy Adams works tirelessly

I can agree with the above statement.

President of the Federation of International Cricketers' Association.
Captain of WI Test Team
Retired from Test Cricket with an average of 41.26 and a highest score of 208 not out.
Coached the WI Under-19s team
Technical Director of Jamaica Cricket
Played county cricket for Nottinghamshire in 1994
Undertook a Psychometric test and was subsequently appointed Director of Kent Cricket Club on Dec 22, 2011
Kent reached the semi finals of the Royal London One-Day Cup in 2014 under the astute leadership of Jimmy Adams.
Under Jimmy Adams, Brendan Nash joined Kent, Robbie Joseph an Antiguan rejoined the club and Daniel Bell-Drummond, British born of Jamaican parents, joined the ranks.
Director of CWI from Jan 2017.
Your buddy Jimmy Adams works tirelessly

I can agree with the above statement and will add, WI cricket is in good hands.

At the end of contracts there should be wholesale change Director, CEO, Coach. I'd also venture to say and the end of this board's tenure they should be voted out too but what difference will that or their replacement make?
