FAILURES when trusted with leadership!

Polly was picked to fill the position ,till one of the younger players can show the ability to take over.

Where ever Polly has played he is a proven winner. He is one player never given a chance at Test Cricket.
The powers that be, designated him for the shortest form of the game.

He then focused his skills to come in when runs are needed. A difficult position in any league.

Strange that the Mumbai Indians , he is one of the originals. When they needed a leader he was given such position.

In the CPL he has lead teams to Championship.

Then again he is a Caribbean native and we love to bring them down to the lowest level.
