Question for the mb coaches.

Where should my head be facing and the alignment of my body, if I am playing forward to an offbreak/inswinger.
The same question for a Ledbreak/outswinger?
Also the body position of bowlers, base on delivery.

For you, depends if TV is on wall above eye level, or on tv stand. For former, your head would be elevated upwards. For latter, slightly downward from eye level.

Assuming you're on sofa, your torso would be perpendicular to your thighs.

Head and shoulders should be linear… Head can turn to track the ball after being hit… entire upper body can turn to create a shot...

Why would your head turn and not your body, to finish the stroke?

Upper body turn to create shot… after ball is his hit, head/eyes turn to track the ball after it leaves the bat…

Thanks bro, I've watched thousand of golf video swing, but never a cricket training video, until the India vs West Indies series.
A few cricket analysts are detailing the techniques of batting and bowling.

I would tell them to play backwards onto the stumps and be out plumb lbw. Eyes should be rooted to the ground as the batsman makes his way back to the pavilion. It's the West Indian way, like four, six or out. Hopefully this advice would lead to us getting a new batting coach big grin .

A;llyuh sure you know what is 'Inswing vs Away/outswing' big grin or the difference between seam and swing?! big grin Is swing the movement of the ball in the air or the seaming away/in off the pitch? big grin
