Ultimately he'll have to go ply his trade in the *PL's. He's still make a good living, but I suspect he's done as an international.

For a guy who has such a nice smooth rhythmic bowling action it's surprising to see him succumb to these types of back injuries.

I do enjoy watching him bowl. He's box office stuff.

If he was playing for WI we would have to suffer through the endless chorus of complaints and accusations of how WI don't know how to manage players, Coach ruin him etc. etc.
He need to contact Mitchel Johnson re the stress fracture. He is the only player to come out of stress fracture, faster, meaner more bulky. Didnt last long after and I suspect he was probably on steroids.

this is one of those few situations where you have to respect CWI

if jofra comes back and isnt fast, his career is over even if he develops other skills, the english wont pick him, england has skilled bowlers all over the country, the pace is what they want

compare that to roach, came back after injury, lost all his pace, reinvented himself and the board stuck by him

they might not always do right, but you have to commend their treatment of roach

Needs to improve his batting and try for allrounder spot.. Without pace Joffra isn't special..
