The event will begin on Thursday and end on Sunday

With performances by Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shericka Jackson and Briana Williams on the women’s side, and Oblique Seville and Ackeem Blake on the men’s side leading into the championships, fans are already eager to see what will transpire over the course of the four days.

All of the big names are entered with the marquee events, the men’s and women’s 100m finals, set to highlight day two of the meet on Friday where there are 20 scheduled finals. Before that there will be nine finals on day one on Thursday, eight on Saturday, while the last day on Sunday will feature 23 finals.

Nelson is on the start list.

Hopefully the College seasons doesn’t take a toll on her performance.

In any case it should be SFP, ETH, Shericka Jackson and Brianna Williams for the 100m Women.

Nothing new there. Even when they were in the same camp, they were kept apart until major championships.

When I was a yute we used to mek slingshot outta tire tube. The red rubber was well elastic ... yuh cud pull it back to ears and when yuh fire if it even pass near to the bird the whiplash kill him dead to raass. But the black rubber not even Hercules cud pull it back more than a foot or so.

We used to call that rubber drawn stop and that is Brianna Williams. Not sure if she reach her level and she cyaan go no more or if she need a new coach but she definitely drawn stop right now.

unfortunately, as i feared, Kevona looks like a spent force. Thankfully Kemba Nelson ran well.

On the mens side, stick a fork in Julian Forte, Tyquando Tracey, and even KBC.
