Another example of Vlad’s brilliance. Get all your enemies together in NATO. When you attack one, all will respond and the mighty Russian military will now defeat all of NATO! Russia doesn’t care about Ukraine. Russia wants to defeat NATO!

(Termie asked me to post that for him).

I was wondering the outcome of two NATO countries going to war and came across this:

ARTICLE 8

"Each Party declares that none of the international engagements now in force between it and any other of the Parties or any third State is in conflict with the provisions of this Treaty, and undertakes not to enter into any international engagement in conflict with this Treaty.

Essentially, then, this means "By signing this treaty we agree not to start a fight with other NATO members". If you attacked another NATO member, you would be breaking this article and would therefore be in breach of the treaty.

Anyone breaking Article 8/breaching the treaty would be liable to be expelled from NATO. Once they're expelled, they would then be outside NATO and treated no differently to anyone else attacking a NATO member.

The tricky part is deciding which of the two countries broke the treaty, who is the "aggressor"... that could be very obvious, or equally could be quite tricky to identify."

Respond to what ? Ukraine was and is a redline for Russia. They will likely neuter that country and keep the areas bordering Russia.

More important from that NATO meeting was having Japan and South Korea there and declaring China and the China Sea / Indo Pacific part of their interest domain and a threat.

These are more tangible signs of economic problems to come.

I thought the whole idea of invading Ukraine was to stop NATO having a border with Russia?

And China’s appearance of expansionism is a bother beyond economic issues

you fellas seeing this in the opposite way, No one is talking about the coming together of the Russia , China alliance. No one is talking about the major economic force of the BRICS nations with Argentina and two other South American countries applying for membership. A new world financial order is forming presently and it doesnt center around Washington.

The economic mayhem that is about to happen to the Western World because of their sanctions policy and weaponization of the dollar will be unprecedented. The US had no buisness crossing Russian red line in Ukraine in 2014, they brutally conducted a coup and removed a duly elected Ukrainian president and replaced the government with thugs. They caused this war, Russia is just cleaning up the mess.

You thought wrong and need to watch Stephen Cohen predict what was happening years ago.

And China’s appearance of expansionism is a bother beyond economic issues

Most nuanced observers are yet to gather why a nation with 400 military bases surrounding it is the THREAT. John Pilger was right all along.

Ahh yes. The BRICS. How much of global trade do they account for? Who are their main trading partners?

So with all that solidarity between China and Russia, why did China cancel that major investment in Russian energy? And why did the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank suspend activities in Russia and Belarus?

China cares about China. China depends on western markets. China will use Russia to get cheap energy and that’s that. China will never jeopardize its access to western markets for Russia.

The combined populations, industrial capacity etc of the BRICs nations? Oh and they dont have fake wealth built on credit. Actual labor and producing of real goods.

India switches to Yuan in trade with Russia.

Allyuh keep on drinking that cool aid under the false dream that the west will forever be the economic center of the world.

If 400+ yrs. of capitalism didn't teach you that population size does not determine wealth I don't know when you'll see that. Productivity my friend, productivity and because they're coming from behind Russia, China, India, Brazil....when have a hard time being an economic threat to Western economies in the near and medium-term

The quid pro quo is that Finland and Sweden are required to give up Kurdish resistance fighters who have sought refuge from Turkish oppression.

Now, Turkey will no doubt torture and kill them. And Turkey will continue to bomb and kill Kurdish people in Kurdistan regions in Turkey, Iraq and Syria.

I guess NATO is only interested in war in Ukraine, but not the Turkish war in Kurdistan waged by their fellow NATO member.

400 years , boss countries like Russia and China have been around for thousands of years. America can’t even get their shit straight after 2 centuries.

No one is interested in the bloated fake wealth that the west likes to portray as some kind of economic achievement . That deck of cards will soon come crashing down.
