All of this since Modi came into govt.
I have to say this Modi govt doing great things for India.

Many chinese soldiers died. Over 40 of them but china did not want to report it.
Bottom line is chinese was chased back.

Firstly homie, since the end of the cold war, the Caricom countries excluding JA have a record of staying out of people affairs and the belief in the sovereignty of nations....remember Caricom's statement at the OAS meeting during the Venezuela issue? So we doh really need armaments because we doh fight with anybody. Right now, as you may have noticed(or maybe not) Caricom is concerned with getting local food production up because the presidents and PMs of TTO, Guyana, Barbados and Suriname are convinced a severe food crisis is heading straight to us as a result of the war in Ukraine. The produce going out right now is last year and this year's crop. Next year is trouble because Ukrainian farm lands are now battle fields. They doh have time to worry about who have weapons, who make weapons etc.
Secondly, india is not a developed country. Modi wants to reach the goal by 2050.
