Havent heard yet but I suspect Maypen is also flooded since we had an early morning power cut and share power with parts of that parish.

I shudder to think of the damage should a hurricane gets close in present atmosphere of heated Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.
Jamaica would not recover for decades. Keep fingers crossed.

Yes...... the pattern seems to have changed.
It is changing here in Canada too, at leas in Ontario. The stormy weather of July is now happening in June.
And, this year, we did not have to use the garden hose even once.
