48 of the folders marked Top Secret/SCI recovered from MAL were emptied of contents. The question now being asked by the Justice Department and the Intelligence Community is where are the contents? Has Trump stashed even more documents elsewhere? Like in Ivana's tomb? 
I think they'll have to give this fella the death penalty eventually....

At the beginning of this I wondered if the reason they raided the place was if stuff started showing up that indicate there were intelligence leaks somewhere and if those leaks coincide with the files that Trump stole and that's why the FBI had to go get them quickly?

Indicted...yes. But I don't believe Trump will ever see a day in jail or have to pay any significant penalty. Those sensitive documents and the copies thereof will be leveraged against the US government with the threat to expose them to Russia or other interested parties.
The government will be forced to "make a deal", given the threat to national security. Even NY special prosecutor Letticia James couldn't lay a finger on Trump given those special circumstances.
I believe it's the only card Trump had left to play. The man is a real scum, but a smart one.!
