Thank you Sir.You need something in 3D in order to determine the fairness of a delivery.
It is interesting that as many as 7 first class cricketers that I have spoken to believe that they can and indeed did make a judgement as to the legitimacy of that delivery.Unfortunately two of them are involved with WI cricket currently so their views are confidential but I am told that there is a consensus view on this matter.
