WI cricket ship is floundering in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight.
They will go nowhere in the WC because they are a bunch of underperforming individuals and the X1 is not right.
We need to go in with lots of spinners and fewer pacers.
However CWI still see themselves as a pace driven team.
They will lose badly.
I do not pick them to make the semis unless Pooran and Lewis or Kyle etc lights up the venues.

There is much discussion, just like there was much discussion when Gayle made that video where he lambasted Sarwan.In the end they did a white wash and buried the matter.There is pressure to do something substantial particularly because it was a new umpire but CPL have not shown the testicular fortitude to stand up to bullying and may well bury the matter.
You can take a cynical view, especially if nothing happens but I am not somebody who makes up stories.

The CPL match referee could report Pollard for unsportsmanlike behavior and CPL could reprimand Pollard.Of course if you feel that a captain mocking a rookie umpire is OK then that action would be inappropriate. Might I add, CPL were asked to include this umpire by CWI as they(CWI) suggested he showed excellent judgement and cricketing knowledge.I therefore expect the WI cricket umpires association to be quite pissed with how their promising umpire was treated by the Trinbago captain.I suppose such things are of no concern to you.
My suppositions might be completely wrong and if they are, I apologize unreservedly.

The sentence you highlighted when taken in context is basically saying that our cricketers should have some loyalty to West Indies cricket because were it not for the local cricket authorities, these cricketers would not have come to the notice of the IPL and the other franchises around the world.Davis is clearly frustrated at the attitude of a few WI players
Many people do not understand the importance of loyalty, gratitude and humility and in their older years are riddled with regret.
At the end of the day we all end up the same, so make your life meaningful so that when you depart, you have made a positive impact on the world and you would have helped as many people as possible.
