Imagine being government for SIX going seven years and your ONLY solution to deal with crime is to implement SOEs. And the SOE section of the Constitution was not meant to be used in this way. This is what happens when use politricks on crime to gain power and now have no clue about GOVERNANCE.

A man got up recently talking about the links between criminals in the USA and the yard. Apparently he missed the JA version of Iran-Contra back in the latte 70s/80s and who set it up.
Some of the party elders and several text books and documentaries could have filled him in. We are reaping what was sowed in the 1980s and there is no way around that.
Still it's real fun hearing them tell us that we must eat what we grow. Di new ole story time.
