Looking at two WI Women games

At the same time
It really is depressing. Both the U19 and the senior ladies can't seem to score. And both are unable to play spin well.
SA showing it by opening it with spin and England just turning over their arms and causing the same issue. I don't think either team will reach 50 runs in their innings.

On the day when the cricketing world witnessed the birth of the Women Primere League in India to the tune of just under 573M USD, the WI women both senior and junior turned in arguably their worst performances ever on the international stage. I was hoping that a few of the old stagers get a look in when the auction is staged so as to secure a pension before they bow out. That now seems a forlorn hope, if the five franchises act in the same manner the males did when they considered WI men for the 2023 IPL. It might have been a heady move for Dottin to retire when she did, Stefanie to have gotten injured and still on the recovery train, and Anisa to take a leave of absence. However, Captain Matthews finds herself with the albatross of leading the women's team around her neck and how much that will cost her remains to be seen. She can hope that like her erstwhile counterpart Nick Pooran until he resigned, the Indians see her class apart from her current struggles and someone buys her for a fair rupee.
