To all who wished me well in my battle against colon cancer,it was obliterated with some heavy ChemoTherapy treatment over 7 months. It wasn't plain sailing because the treatment caused some damage to my lung,CT scans also showed 4 blocked arteries in my heart.Immediately being told of the successful treatment of the cancer I was back in hospital for heart surgery.I was given the option of "open heart surgery" or having stents inserted into the arteries, this i opted for, this operation took about 4 hours.I looked at the operation on a monitor,it was very uncomfortable.I was back home on Friday 10-02-23.I will be taking tablets for about the next 3 months and seeing the hospital at times.
Let me say again,a big,big Thanks to all who wished me well with words of comfort and confidence,I won't ever forget such feelings of closeness. Thanks again and respect to you all.I also send my love to all.
