NIKKI HALEY ...
In reply to camos
They can debate the thousands of things they want to,
but; one single thing is what must disqualify her.
Haley left SC went to Georgia and said that a man descended from
generations of African-American slaves ought to be 'deported'
A woman whose immigrant dad worked at an HBCU said that for
pandering sake. She has no couth!!!
In reply to Brerzerk
Anything close to Kamalas 1% in the Dem primaries?
In reply to maj
Surprised to see you back with so much gusto after those Asian on Asian mass shootings.
In reply to JahJah
DE man think he is Colin Croft!!!!
In reply to camos
Best in the wurll?
https://youtu.be/3ptV7h8GuD8 that is what she has to contend with no matter how much she panders
Six months ago she was asking for senator Warnock to be deported, now a white woman from her party tells her to go back to her cow worshiping country!
In reply to JahJah
Indo Asians are more the murder/suicide type over house and land also lovers quarrel.
And yes..She is past her prime.... what is wrong with CNN anchors these days...CNN just squeezed Don's lemons for his comment...
In reply to camos
Par for the course eh. From party darling to persona non grata in two years. Politricks is a nasty business.

Was Hillary past her prime when she ran against Trump or Obama?
Sour Lemon should have finished his thoughts, Nikki is a wanna be because she's a fake brownie. Because browms and blacks should only be Dem.
In reply to maj
Language is not SIMPLISTIC! 'Past her prime' can not refer only to age/physical maturity. Hilary when she entered the race was more recently Senator, Sec of State than Nicky was Gov and UN Ambassador. Hilary's national approval rating at the start of her campaign was 70%, what is Ms. Haley's today? Is that so hard to get? Jeez Man!
What don lemon know about a womens prime he don,t like women after he got demoted from primetime he resort to bullying his female cohosts
In reply to Brerzerk
Was Lemon alluding to her political influence..because when asked he eluded to a Google quote about women being in their prime in their 20s, 30s, or 40s.
If it were using Hillary as an example and going by Lemons assertions she was basically dead when she ran. During her time ad SoS she had medical issues as well as during the campaign.
It's obvious Lemon has no grasp of simple language but does assert his mutterings as fact.
Bottom line Lemon was wrong and should be talking about Haleys political record and not her sexual maturity.
In reply to maj why Lemmon a gay man would be concerned about a woman sexual maturity?
Lemmon stepped in the shit and gave Ann Coulter some cover, there should be more outrage about a fellow republican tell her to go back to her country, and disrespecting India in the process, than Lemmon's comment.
In reply to maj i think you meant to say -allude

Corrected thank you

Why didn't explain himself when given a chance, again he referenced a vague Google search with no context.
Yes the context was political but his reference was absolutely non political.

I used to like Nikki Haley. She is smart and capable of incredible charm and compassion. She and her state Secretary of Commerce brought 400,000 new jobs to SC. She handled the Charleston church shooting, the 2015 floods and the 2016 hurricane with great efficiency and concern for the public. She even succeeded in removing the Confederate flag from SCs front lawn. She was a voice of truth about Donald Trump and the danger he presented in 2016.
Here is the problem. Power corrupted her completely. It went straight to her head. She became the female Donald Trump with total disregard for the rule of law. The SC taxpayers spent millions of dollars defending illegal actions on her part in court. She jailed protestors for things that were not even against the law. She denied the Occupy Columbia crowd their civil rights and lost two court cases related to that. She claimed that she had qualified immunity that allowed her to arrest people without cause. If that were true, Americans would effectively have no rights. That makes her as dangerous as Trump.
She also rewrote parts of the state budget after it had already been passed by the legislature. She didnt veto it as was her right. She simply rewrote it without approval.
No matter what good someone does when they assume a leadership position, they must indicate a respect for the Constitution and due process or they will not get my vote. The basic tenets of our freedom are far more important than a few jobs for the current generation.

You certainly capture the essence Nikki Haley
. she is now being totally conniving. She is playing her cards in a way that if she doesnt get the nomination she hope to at least land the VP ticket
.as an aside though dont she also look a little pale in complexion, or is it my TV pixels?

The irony with Nikki is that she was so ashamed of her culture she literally gave it up.
I once read where her parents and none of her Indian family were not invited to a part of her wedding it was for whites only from her husband side
She changed her beautiful Indian name-Nirmata, to Nikki, a name that has no meaning
It was rumored that she had to sleep from one white man to another to prove she is one of them.
She has denied the existence of all other minority groups, wanted them to embrace white American culture
She called for the deportation of an African American senator whose ancestors came here 512 years ago, her own family arrived in 1960's
In a way, I feel sorry for her, like Jindal, they grew up in white evangelical AMerica where as vulnerable children, they were bullied and made to feel inferior, their complete conversion is symptomatic of adults who suffered traumatic ethnic abuse as children

On Saturday just gone,I was asked to be part of Black History month celebrations by choreographing and leading an exhibition of Guyanese Kweh-Kweh.This is a pre-wedding ritual done in African-Guyanese villages in rural Guyana and it is rich in symbolism and African traditions. Most black people in Georgetown know very little about Kweh-Kweh and previously thought it was something done by uneducated country people. Those notions were probably encouraged by the Colonial masters who advised their house slaves to ignore what the field slaves were doing and embrace European culture. It is only over the last 30 or 40 years that the "town" people have started to embrace it as they have come to realize their Africanness. One interesting feature I discovered in my research is the inclusion of Indian traditions in the Kweh Kweh with the "Taja" a Hindi image of the bride as a queen. This is a nod to the fact that both African and Indian villages lived in some harmony as they both suffered intolerably as slaves and indentured servants at the hands of Massa.
As somebody who was in a medical school where I was one of two blacks in a class of 160,I know how one feels in such a situation and you do what it takes to survive. They attempted to bully me into thinking that cricket was boring and rugby was fantastic but I had posters of Ali,Marley and Sobers on my wall and I was defiant.I was fortunate that I knew my history and felt totally comfortable in my own skin that I could withstand the cultural onslaught and remain intact.
