What is the pop of Cali, what is the difference between arrivals and 'runners away'
and that's not counting the undocumented.
By the way do you realize that a large slice of Cali's departing residents still
hold jobs in Cali???

Let's blame everything on Bill Gates (the Democrat) for the 'evolution' of high technology that allows people to work from anywhere they so choose.

We could also blame the NY authorities (Democrats, again) for chasing Donald Trump, whose (forced) relocation to Florida has set the stage for his 'followers' to emulate.

Shithole? California, serious? Doan let skid row n San Fran Homelessness fool yuh!
In fact most of the homeless moved from elsewhere to come here because
a. The weather is more 'homeless friendly'
b. Services for the homeless is better than elsewhere.
Surely low income people have to pool resources eg couples and 1 1/2 and 2 jobs as
well as long commutes but it is made up for with other quality of life stuff such
as better healthcare resources, minimum wage and other socio-economic assistance.

For a guy who profess to not follow political parties you have no basis to conclude that others are deluded about the subject matter.

Take this dare- Show Cali Tax Sales, Income and Property

in comparison to Total Fed Income Tax as well as taxes in
other states. Let's see the VAST CHASM that you speak of.
Don't just watch and believe do some research. Cali's poor
gets far more help than the little tax they pay

And carrying red tide with them. Drats!

Florida visitors discovering unpleasant surprise at beaches — red tide. What is it?

The micro-organism that causes red tide has impacted areas from Tampa to Naples this year, turning waters red and killing marine life.

Red tide has visited Florida repeatedly in recent years, and since it returned in 2023, dead fish have washed up on Florida's beaches and officials are warning of possible respiratory impacts from contaminated water and air.

Wait until hurricane season hit. And its not like once upon a time when you may or may not get a hurricane. Its multiple, powerful storm per season. Hurricane winds blowing them back to whence they came.

Surging insurance cost is a big problem in Florida, my father has a $330000 house in Florida and getting Homeowners insurance quote of $6000+, auto insurance is also quite pricy!

Dukes 2023-03-13 15:40:15

In reply to camos

Is that 3.3 Million or 330,000?

The reason I ask is I have a house which I bought for $265,000 and I pay less than $2,000 Home Owners Insurance

Fleeing New York to live in dem southern states and Caribbean people feeling the islands to live in New York

That would be a negative..still in the great state of Fl..insurance costs is definitely higher. But more bang for the buck as far as housing and quality of life.

But I'd rather hide from a hurricane than to ever deal with NY again.

Started back school..going to finish off my degree in Business Marketing. So I man busy!!

$330,000! Your numbers sound right, HO should be about 1% of value.

Gov DeSantis should be all ready to take back those illegals he shipped to NY and put them to work clearing all that seaweed debris from the beaches, the lifeline of many all adoring 'fans'.
