After election of new Administration....new coach along with total new management would be in place....Head Coach are important... hopefully, new regime appoints new head Coach with proper credentials in a transparent manner...We have talent... it's all about harnessing!!!

Yeah but we need to get this new person whoever he is asap. We have a couple of months to go before the home season kicks off and it’s imperative the coach gets the longest time possible with the players especially if it’s an overseas coach, just moving to the Caribbean would take a month or so. I still don’t get why we delayed the process so much, Simmons had given adequate notice before leaving and we had plenty of time to hire the right personnel before this African series

New Coach won't make a difference.

If we get Brendon McCullum we would still get out easily.

Our cricketers are not test material, not ODI material and more recently not T20I material

As Chrissy put it "20 sinting batsmen cannot suddenly do well at test level"

For close to 30 years we've identified systemic issues and we've been unable to make any adjustments. No "incubator/academies" for young cricketers, no real plan for the various youth levels, no proper coaching, no mentors.

Every now and then we change coaches or the president and various territories jump up and celebrate "their guys taking ova". We push and celebrate our mediocre countrymen and cuss others.

I think Haynes should give up the Head Selecta thing and impose himself as Head Coach.

With him as head coach there won't be a need for BCL and Jimmy Adams' flanking.

Need more than a new coach.

When the people in the region can't develop their own, they ought to assemble a group of 22 and send them away to learn properly. Like we do with police, doctors, pilots etc.

When is the next test match ?

Get the top 16 t9 20 players (less T20 players) centrally contracted. As they're being paid properly by CricketWI, they can be sequestered for a couple months into an academy type setting. Intense physical training, work on their techniques, identify weaknesses and incorporate corrective measures, intensive course on game awareness and tactics.

Centrally contracted players must play in all FC matches, then head off to school.

Have them train with the JDF in between school
