In reply to doosra
Thanks for the reminder. Been keen to follow up since the early discussions 4 months ago. Interesting that this is happening at the same time that the US has been stripped of its co-host rights with the WI for the 2024 T20 WC.
In reply to cumberland
Im keen to see Pak players being bought.
They cant play IPL but they need to be given opportunities elsewhere
With the Indian owners its not happening enough
In reply to Raskil
From the bit of reading I did following doosra posting the link, tonight's draft might see them try to get the US-based players rostered. Nine of them I recall. The "big" names are going to be filled in subsequently.
I'm with you on the PAK player involvement. This year's just completed PSL should have a few of the international names in focus. Mind you the MLC has a very weighted Indian involvement and politics is never far away from their money!
I see MI has already bought out the NY franchise!!!
In reply to Raskil

In reply to navindesigns
this draft is predominantly for American players. A few international players have been chosen. WI has international duties in July when the league is being played. There might be those who are not repping WI who could feature. The franchises will pick their full international complement in the weeks ahead.
BY gets in with LA KR.
In reply to doosra
Happy to see him in..
In reply to cumberland
yea glad to see Yadram get a look in and with LA KR his game will improve...man look like he doing wrestling or bodybuilding
Players got to get NOC for dis too?
As far as I know, that's nothing official?
So La Knight Riders gets to be nicknamed "LA KR", which is kind of brilliant if you want to sell merchandise approaching "Lakers" brand. Even got similar colour schemes. Shrewd.
As for "MI NY" well the Mini joke is right there.
