We heard of him in Guyana. Didn’t know anything about football in Guyana but his greatness stood tall. When I came to America I got to know more about him and his political and social views. In so many ways we share the same views. Nuff respect.

Nuff respect

From a sports perspective, he was the best running back...

Just heard...Had so much respect for Jim Brown. A real Iconic treasure of a human being
who gave so much to the cause of civil rights among other fine deeds for his
community after his days as the greatest Running Back ever.

Made his mark as an actor too in quite a few notable films.

RIP James Nathaniel Brown. You will never be forgotten.

Wow oh wow! Recently some Real Big Men have 'stepped aside' Man put mout' and money on the line. Walk Good Jim.
Two of my fondest memories of you are your debate down in Georgia so cool n calm while the White Supremacist was frothing at the mouth and on a lighter note when they needed a man for The Dirty Dozen who coulda run.

To allay some of the white anger Raquel in an interview had to explain there was a towel between their bodies

Not true. lol big grin lol big grin lol big grin lol big grin

No one walked or bopped like Jim Brown. OJ had a walk but it was more subtle that Jim Brown.

I happened to be at the NWM Airport when he arrived in Jamaica around 1970. I did not know the man but as soon as I saw the person walk out of the arrivals area I knew it was Jim Brown.

Jamaicans are cool. No one rushed him. We don't do that in Ja. lol
