Things looking bleak for Leon Bailey…pulled up with another hamstring injury after 28 minutes in Villa’s League Cup game vs Everton..He was looking quite sharp but his injury prone career takes another sad turn…I wouldn’t be surprised to see Bailey’s time at Villa come to an end in the January window….

You mean what has Liverpool done to the refs. Diaz' goal was not offside and as usual the refs are now apologizing.

With Curtis Jones red card, how would he able to control his foot after stepping on the ball in an attempt to win it? That was harsh.

I see the Ref Association apologizing for incorrect VAR.

I could understand Klopp’s reaction. That was poor calls on multiple occasions.

The Premier League has opposed using the semi-automated offside VAR, that was used so successfully at the World Cup. If they'd used that, they wouldn't have made that silly mistake!

Havertz

Goal:
Party plays a deep ball into Tomiyasu
Tomiyasu heads to Havertz
Havertz rolls it to Martinelli who takes the shot

It shows how ineffective this style of play for Haaland is without Rodri and DeBruyne.

I am still wondering how Kovacic still made it to half time without a red card. He and Rodri in the same team will be a disaster waiting to happen.

Aston Villa and Newcastle players embroiled in betting scandal…Tenali and Zaniolo
Villa fans were ready to throw away Bailey in favor of Zaniolo…I have always found Zaniolo a bit shady..maybe its the tattoos or maybe its “the near and spectacular misses” in front of goal..we’ll see how this plays out
