I do hope the Bajan supporter recovers but I did warn about GAW fans in Guyana and their criminal and animalistic behavior when their favorite rum beverage is mixed with years of pent up jealously, and an attitude of "it is our time now."

Reigning Republic Bank CPL champs Guyana Amazon Warriors defeated Barbados Royals by 47 runs on September 25, to get a third straight home win in the tourney. However, the Warriors' sterling display on the field was marred by the unsavoury scenes in the crowd which saw a man being beaten and stamped by several men.

In a 96-second video, spectators were seen trying to hold back the group of men who kicked the other supporter on his back and on the back of his head as he lay motionless on the ground.

The man was eventually assisted by two fans on the grass mound, but not before the blows from the group of men seemingly left him in an unconscious state. One supporter, who was holding a Barbados flag, was slapped to the ground, while another was shoved to the side as he tried to intervene. After being shoved, the man took out his cellphone and began to record the incident.

If you are honest with yourself, you will examine the last few years, you would look at various social media cricket sites originating in Guyana that spew absolute hate at Bravo and Pollard, the anti black rhetoric in its posting, and the madness of seemingly decent people spewing hate at others is not isolated events.

Look, It is why I am not watching the games, I warned of the behavior coming from Guyana two years ago and it is going from bad to worse.

Ignore it as "isolated incidents" and the good people of your country- the majority really, will regret it.

Grow up and stop this crap, no one called the "entire fan base" as "savage racists." It was describing the criminals.

You would have had much more credibility if you had simply made one sentence expressing sadness for the fan who was beaten and hospitalized, and condemnation of the people who committed the crime.
