Ump Reifer always cheat against Guyana.

That ball was four runs he only give two runs.

Reifer was also one of the umpire involved in calling off the rain delay final in 2014 that allowed barbados to win D/L.

I thought that I was the only person that saw that.

Even the commentator saw it and said it early.

But they keep showing the replay that was after he first touched the market with ball in hand.

Just incompetent umpiring.
