This morning, America woke up to the realization of what "make America great again" would mean going forward with a Donald Trump presidency - racist, misogynistic xenophobic, nativist, chauvinistic, jingoistic and most importantly anti-American in a country that is made up of all immigrants from the era of the Founding Fathers to now.
This the America Donald Trump wants to return to - one made in the image of his father's America.
Trump knew exactly what he was doing when he decided to hold this major campaign rally at Madison Square Garden and he and his campaign choose the participants for that rally last night.
It could go down as the defining moment in October 2024 when the majority of Americans decided on Harris as president.

Now #45/47 saying that he didn't hear the derogatory 'comment'.
2024 election updates: Trump claims he didn't hear comedian's racist comment at rally
Trump claims to ABC's Scott he didn't hear comedian's Puerto Rico comment, doesn't denounce it
The former president denied knowing the comedian who made a slew of racist, sexist and vulgar comments at his rally at Madison Square Garden, ABC News Senior Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott reports.
That comedian, Tony Hinchcliffe, drew headlines in part for calling Puerto Rico an "island of floating garbage."
"I don't know him, someone put him up there. I don't know who he is," Trump told ABC's Scott.
Trump also insisted he didn't hear any of the comments, even as they've been played on television and written about extensively. When asked what he made of them, he did not take the opportunity to denounce them, repeating that he didn't hear the comments.
His campaign has said the comedian's comments don't reflect the views of Trump or the campaign.

This is what a commentator in an article on the same subject said Trump is likely to say-
Trump: This Tony Hinchcliffe guy, I never really liked him. Didn't want him, but people who were supposed to know said he was a funny guy and I trusted them. But I could see right away that he wasn't gonna make it. But I thought 'Let's give the kid a chance,' even though I knew right away. Right away I could tell Tony wasn't going to be funny. And I didn't really know him, but I could tell right away. So I said, 'Fellas, we gotta make a change we ‘can’t have him and they said, 'No, Mr President! We can't change now, Sir!' But I told 'em, 'Fellas we're gonna make a change,' and they all said, 'Yes, Sir.' Because I knew he wasn't gonna make it, even though I'd never met him before the the event. Didn't know him, but I could tell."
