To know to get up to the stumps asap to receive the ball
Very poor from him that he often, if not always, catches the ball far away from the stumps on throws to the wicket. Then he has to reach or run back towards the wicket to remove the bails.
Really poor habits there. You would think that is something coaches would drill into him, or any keeper. And if they do, then he just doesn’t listen.
If that’s the case, why is he the keeper then?

Pooran been keeping long enough

Having an atrocious series. I would rest him for the next 2 games.

You dropping the two million man
I would not drop him, just would not give him the gloves. Hope should get the gloves and let him focus on his batting. Still our most dangerous batsman.

i didnt see the match but heard he dropped two..the second one - the most aggravating..
made me yearn for RAMDIN.
a very underrated but excellent Keeper...I dont think either Shai or Pooran are as good as Ramdin was for us.
Pooran ‘rested’ for the ODIs
How much more rest can one man have

WTF you talking aboyut a retired Ramdin for? Stewwps! Hope is a better keeper, let Pooran focus on his batting!
In reply to Halliwell
That is the problem we allowing these guys to pick and choose. He could not make the Sri Lanka tour for personal reasons then rested for ODIS vs England which would have been an opportune time to gain some form.
CWI needs to revisit this policy.

Ramdin was a better keeper than both Pooran and Shai...
I say so.

Salt is quite possibly the worst keeper in world cricket
