Camos seems to indicate that if the child is less that 16 they are not credible.
I have heard stories of a relative who abuse a child and the parents either don't believe or push it under the rug.

What would a 13-year-old be doing at those gatherings?

Rich and powerful has nothing to do with anything since plenty poor people molest kids. Oprah wasn't a rich child when she went through that.

And Jay Z wasn't 'rich and powerful' in 2000.

educated me to what occurs in some of our own Caribbean communities where children (girls and boys) and adults are sexually molested and when informed it is sweep under the rug.

By the way...Law enforcement is not as involved in the Jay Z case as you think...it is a civil case not a criminal one.

Gun_Play is right. Furthermore, he never said anything about the FBI not arresting “white people”.

Stop conflating the issues, and at least make an attempt to familiarize yourself with the origins and history of the FBI.

The FBI has always been a right-wing organization whose employees, especially the agents are primarily Republican. It’s an organization that has never been led by a Democrat.

But more, in one of above articles there is mention of COINTELPRO 2.0. which is coined in reference to a FBI report titled “Black Identity Extremists“. While at it, also familiarize yourself at to what the original COINTELPRO was all about.

This designation, just recently invented by the F.B.I., is as frightening and dangerous as the bureau’s infamous Cointelpro program of the 1960s and ’70s, under which J. Edgar Hoover set out to disrupt and destroy virtually any group with the word “black” in its name. Today, entirely nonviolent black activists face violations of their civil liberties and even violence if they’re deemed part of B.I.E.

I am not condoning any bad behaviour from anyone whether it be Diddy, JayZ or Donald Trump, who was found guilty of sexual assault.

But stop fooling yourself about the FBI and how it has often gone after “uppity Negroes” who accumulated any kind of power - political or monetary.

BTW, the woman who has accused Diddy and Jay-Z of sexual assault is now indicating there are discrepancies in her story. And her lawyer, who likely put her up to make these claim and to get money out of Jay-Z, is now saying he is going to investigate the matter. But Jay-Z is already slimed by the accusation, whether true or not..

The case is falling apart rapidly, the lawyer stands the risk of being pursued to disbarrment .

The alleged vic is apparently autistic, she did an interview and there were many inconsistencies, she claimed to have had conversations with some other entertainers that night ,but they have gone public and stated that they were not there and infact on tour, she said lived 5 hrs away and got a lift from a friend etc who didn't stay and is dead now, and after the incident called her father and he promptly came for her ( a 5 hr drive) ,her father said he wouldve remembered something like that and basically doesn't want to have anything to do with it .
Its being also said that autistic people have illusions of relationships with celebs etc..

This is nothing but a money grab ! Why tf would young JayZ need to rape anyone ! ? That lawyer is going to lose his license over this !! And anyone could see this was a sham . They should be jailed !

This would.make all current and future claims lose all credibility and may even affect the outcome of Combs case !! Those lawyer would have a field day!

It amazes me that even with the long recorded history of these institutions, some still choose not to believe.

It's 2024, blacks make up 13% of American, black entertainers even less so. Now, look at the number of black entertainers arrested or jailed. It is not a coincidence.

Efforts are being made do undermine these people's influence in society!
