For last two years.....I have been saying this.....CWI should be more proactive in bringing back players, who can improve different formats....

Age should not be criteria... specially in Test and ODI...

Sri Lanka recalled Angelo Mathews and Chandimal...Sri Lanka performance improvements were drastic.... Experience do matters in Test...

Bravo is the best batter of spin in Caribbean...

Unfortunately, both for Bravo and West Indies cricket...he is not in side for non cricketing issues...

With Sammy as All Formats Head Coach.... It's certainly End of Bravo career.......

Darren Bravo doh want to see that incompetence at all. Allyuh want to pick second string sides….well take tier 2 cricket. If we fall further, which is entirely possible, Barbados could break away and play Uganda blind girls u-19 team

This is the weakest batting lineup in Wi history with Brathwaite avg 33 and all the rest under 30.

Bravo to do what? The guy fell off even before he was dropped and is well known to be weak-minded and a quitter. You fellas are just calling names.

Chandimal and Matthews were never dropped. Bravo got in his feelings when he wasn't selected two years ago and stopped playing cricket like a baby throwing his toys out the pram hoping to get a guy from mummy. He is man-child.

This second string-side talk is nonsense. It's not like these fellas said they wanted to play and weren't selected. The so-called first-string fellas SIMPLY didn't want to play test cricket because money could be made elsewhere (ok fair enough) but not one wants to admit that. All now Jason Holder, Alzarri Joseph, and Kyle Mayers are play 20/20.

when chris gayle presented himself for selection for india's tour of the WI in 2011, was not selected and was only picked up by RCB after the draft because he had not put his name in, that wasn't a second string team....when sarwan, then one of two batsmen averaging over 40 in the side has his test career ended, that wasn't a 2nd string team? When jerome taylor, our best paceman in decades, didn't play for the WI for five years(2009-2014), that wasn't a 2ndd string team.....hoss outta here with your pitiful attempts are rewriting history..........the west indies between 2010 and 2019 did not play a full strength test side...the only reason they have a full strength team now is because the stars have gotten old and have retired. there is a reason the west indies is going to play with glorified assoociates like bangladesh and afghanistan(who will beat them very soon)

A cricket enthusiasts like you........

Very well surely knows.....

Test cricket was not played since Sri Lanka team was attacked in 2009..... Pakistan home matches were shifted to Dubai & Sharjah....

Bravo made his debut 2010....

In 5 matches...10 innings...380 runs...1 century, 2 fifties...@38....

He averages @46 away & @26 at home....

you do realize darren bravo averages 54 in Asia with four centuries right? know allyuh bajans have a severe allergic reaction to data but its true

57.95 Darren Bravo's average in Tests in Asia - his highest in any continent. In 26 innings in Asia, he has scored 1391 runs. Four of his seven Test centuries have also come in Asia. Outside Asia, he averages just 32.55 scoring 1823 runs in 58 innings.

0 Overseas batsmen who have scored more runs in Asia than Bravo's 1391 since his debut. Alastair Cook is the only one with more than 1000 runs in Asia among visiting batsmen since Bravo's debut. Bravo's average of 57.95 lies fourth among 16 overseas batsmen with 500 or more runs in Asia since his debut.

65 Runs scored by Marlon Samue

facts are stubborn things
