Couple series ago I posted that Athanaze is the only player in that squad that could actually bat de others are survivors/pokers.
De longer he spends in that squad you will see it more... yes he is inconsistent but the potential is there to be a good batsman.
Wickham and Anderson are two young players that I think could do the same too.

There seems to be a group of youngsters to build the team around.
This is the last tour for Kraigg and Roach, I would not play Roach in the next test, that role should be Phillips.

There seems to be a group of youngsters to build the team around.

Whenever I hear someone speak poorly of another, Seymour Nurse facing Australia and Bobby Simpson felling for his bowlers as Nurse's inning progress comes to my mind, not only did Australia understand the calibre of Seymour, but New Zealand suffered the same.
Learning is ongoing.
I will return to his stats 2-3 years from now.
Let us see how he performs this year.

Apart from Athanaze.... Louis also impressed me....by trying to change his stance and guard...he attempted mid- match.... very tough proposition.....
Sinclair batted with lots of composure.....his bowling was well appreciated by all commies..Bishop, Sohail,Cock.....
