Yes, like Mexico they also had to promise sumting. Canada will hire a fentanyl czar and classify cartels as terrorist groups ....

Both so called promises from Mexico and Canada were things they already agreed to do from agreements with Biden. But Maga cult will call this a Trump win! lol

nickoutr 2025-02-04 14:23:40

Trudeau has to recall nvene parliament to get these things passed. He has 30 days.

Amazing watching the Demoncrats and Republicunts arguing over brownie points. LOL. Mexico and Canada already doing things they promised Biden to do but they haven't done shit with it. LOL. I guess they got 30 days to get their asses together. We'll see if Orange man gives them 30 or 60 more days or watch the stock market crash again. Fun times indeed.lol

30 more days for your Dotard and his cronies to manipulate the Wall street casino.

Good times ahead.

Mexico should have promised to send 10,000 more enemy troops to the U.S. border. lol

It’s like building the wall that Mexico is paying for. LOL

How about Trump trying to police his own borders?

Trump is outsmarting all these foreign leaders with the carrot and stick; I thought y'all would have picked up on his bluff to get them to the table!

I would never say Mexico won after Trump forced them to put 10,000 troops at the border!

Panama is not renewing its contract with China!

camos 2025-02-04 15:24:11

In reply to XDFIX

what will the troops on the border do, are they going to install land mines, or more like playing cards?

SnoopDog 2025-02-04 15:24:40

In reply to XFactor

And you're stupid enough to think Mexican troops will police that border for the Dotard.

They never have and they never will. They are there to secure their own border. They could care less who goes over to the other side.

In reply to camos

Exactly.

It's like Mexico asking US Border patrol to stop Americans from going over to Mexico. That's not their job. Their job is to stop others from coming in.

It's mind boggling how stupid dotard nation is and how easily they get conned by the Dotard.

Even if cosmetic, according to dem, the influx has already reduced by 97%!

StumpCam 2025-02-04 15:31:06

Trump never intended to levy tariffs on Canada or Mexico. He damn well knows that Americans will be affected more. It’s all about gamesmanship to appeal to his base and get his ego stroked. The man loves attention! All of this could’ve taken place with good old fashioned diplomacy, but the Dotard wants people to believe that things can only be done with him in charge with much fanfare!

It was a distraction from the theft going on at the U.S. Treasury.

Trump is an idiot. He doesn’t understand that each country will only secure their side of the border.

Both Canada and Mexico will be the beneficiaries of tightened border security. Illegal guns in Canada come from the US.

They're all idiots. Trump and Biden. How has either dotard benefitted you now or in the past? We need new and real change. I haven't seen any real change since Obama's 1st term.

And that is why I said that Mexico should have agreed to send 10,000 more troops to its border. It will do absolutely nothing to curb migrants going over to the States except to further ensure that Mexico protects and shores up its border from the Dotard.

SnoopDog 2025-02-04 15:46:14

Obama's 1st term.

Aside from the watered down Affordable Care Act, what great change did he bring about?

None of the crooks who caused the 2008 economic collapse were brought to justice. In fact, Obama put some of them in his administration. The working class yet again bailed out the ultra wealthy class and got sweet fcuk all for it.

DukeStreet 2025-02-04 15:47:43

In reply to SnoopDog

Except maybe 10,000 MORE troops on the border weakens Mexico's interior position against the cartels. They're between a rock and a hard place either way you look at it.

And that is why I don't vote either red or blue anymore. Key word s I used were "1st term". Lots of promises and hype and 90% of what were never achieved. Obama neglected many of his base while pandering to other causes. The other idiots after him didn't do anything at all and here we are again wondering if we are going to have enough money left over to take care of our families.

SnoopDog 2025-02-04 15:51:06

In reply to DukeStreet

The Dotard poses way more of threat to Mexican sovereignty than the cartels at this point in time.

And 10,000 troops isn't really that much of a sacrifice.

I really hope Trudeau also sends 10,000 troops to secure the Canadian borders. It's about fcuking time.

DukeStreet 2025-02-04 15:54:07

In reply to SnoopDog

The Mexicans are very strong people. 1000 Orangeheads or dotards wouldn't be able to threaten their sovereignty even if they tried hard. Remember, the cartels are partially paid for and funded by the US, irrespective of which idiot is in the Oval office. The cartels will be in Mexico today, next year and for the longest and they still continue to wreak havoc amongst their people.

Sure it has gotten better if you consider that American military modernization has gotten significantly sophisticated. Everything else is in a tailspin.

At least the Democrats (lame as they may be) will throw some table scraps to the working class and protect things like social security and Medicare.

Unlike the Republicans who's only MO is to gut every social program which benefits the working class and ensure that the ultra wealthy class pay zero taxes.

The Dotard has already threaten Mexican sovereignty.

I think Mexico has the military resources to further shore up their border and they should do so - especially for the next 4 years.
