I want no insular responses on this thread.
Technically, who is the best wicket keeper in the region

Tevin Imlach was outstanding in Pakistan. He has also displayed fine form with the bat. Joshua Da Silva needs to return to hopefully bolster the brittle middle order but he should play without the gloves on, leave them with Imlach.

Let's look at the stats, plus the eye witnesses that viewed most matches.

If a wicketkeeper-batsmen is in the top 6 batters, he definitely plays.

Only glove work or with batting skills as well?

Based on what saw during the Pakistan tour, Imlach is easily the best keeper I have seen in the last 15 to 20 years. And that statement is not limited to the region. He has great hands and excellent footwork. But nowadays, keepers must perform in front of the stumps as well as behind the stumps.

Well, if we are rating keepers by glove-work only, Hamilton is still the most consistent in my opinion, I have never seen him drop a catch or miss a stumping in years, but Imlach is a close second and Bowen-Tucket is third.
