Should not surprise anyone. He tried the same thing with Trinidad about some other issue about a year ago.
He is a hater and full of rage, inferiority complex and he has lots of grievances. No doubt he feels embolden with the recent discovery of Guyana's oil and this gives him power- in his twisted mind.
He has ignored all the help given to Guyana and Guyanese over the decades as evidence by the large number of Guyanese living in CARICOM jurisdiction.
He has the same hate for native Afro Guyanese.
