loads of players that would have walked into any other international side struggled to get in to the wi because the team was successful to a degree unprecedented. WI's 80s 2nd xi could probably beat everyone except pakistan

I had the pleasure of playing against him and one time with him in a league game. The chap was quite a story teller. In between innings he told us about the first time he faced Ambrose and had everyone in stitches. May his soul rest in peace.

RIP Pydanna, I will forever fondly remember that unique elegant bat wind up before each stroke at many grounds in the Caribbean. Excellent keeper as well!
