Hoping that some one in the know can explain the women’s 4 x 400. Jodean Williams leading off a 4 x 4 and jogging the entire way. I guess Novelene Mills , Aileen Bailey and Christine Day were not available.
Hopefully the men’s 4 x 1 gets the stick around. I am still not sold on Kishane Thompson as an anchor. Yohan is finished, and has been for a while. I am hoping Ryiem Forde is injury free and brings the heat at trials this year.
As for the women’s 4 x 100, as always we have folks on the wrong legs due to egos. And it is exacerbated by the fact that Sherika is coming off an injury. Oh well.
On a side note I think it is confirmed that Shelly Ann apparently does not age.

It is time these administrators come to grip with the fact that in a WC year plans must be in place early for in form , fit, available arhletes early in the season for World Relays.

Nice assessment.
Other countries now have relay camps for runners dedicated to the relay, to improve baton changes. Maybe that's something we can do too.
As for the mile relays, it's sad how badly our decline has been in the 400m, considering that's our heritage from 1948 and 1952.
