Two quick things.

Number one. When an organisation require candidates to undergo a psychological test the purpose may not be to find the best qualified person. Sometimes, they are looking for a specific type of personality. In other words, someone they feel will fit into their culture.

Number two. CWI likes to pull the wool over everybody's eyes and pretend they are the world's best run organisation. However, the way the captain selection process was carried out stinks like a sewer.
