Ahh the players…
What that a cause or a symptom?

Seems like this week we have gone round the houses and blamed everyone

The structure is toxic where and when it even exists.

Cricket had moved on in the 80s and we still relied on just natural talent. We still doing that. Players can’t buy a bowling machine themselves. Players can’t organise a camp themselves. Players can’t access a personal physio to help with recovery and plain education about muscles and tendons. Going for a run with Dennis wasn’t going to be enough.

Cozier ironically supported Sammy's elevation as captain....which was an awful idea

See why we are still in the same boat?

Instead of trying to solve the issues, attack the messenger or come with whataboutisms

Hence the recurring loop of failure

I am sure you know what needs to be done, if you have any iota of sense.

1995 series in which the West Indies surrendered the Frank Worrell Trophy to Mark Taylor's Australians, there was documented evidence of players night-clubbing until the early hours during the Barbados Test that was lost by ten wickets in three days.

Remember this.

Since then the talent has also largely depreciated in the region. We haven't produced a world class player in a decade or two.
